It inherits our core patented dual active pressure roller feeding technology to prevent label breakage under extreme high-speed continuous operation, integrating full servo control across unwinding, feeding, correction and vacuum transfer modules to deliver ±0.2 mm ultra-fine labeling precision; overall positioning tolerance remains ±1 mm, limited only by the outer contour accuracy of workpieces.

The control system leverages powerful computing performance of Beckhoff PLC to automatically scan bottle and label dimensions, realizing perfect central line alignment without repeated manual calibration. A full set of top-tier imported electrical components including ABB servo motors, dual interlocked Schneider touch HMIs, SICK color sensors, Leuze object sensors and Festo pneumatic modules matches heavy-duty long-cycle operation, while encoder synchronization isolates labeling accuracy from external production line interference. Internally enlarged helical gear transmission structures deliver greater torque load capacity, and intelligent interlock logic cuts off glue and label output when empty bottles or label shortages are detected to reduce raw material loss.
Major mechanical upgrades feature an extra-thick carbon steel anti-rust load frame and fully reinforced SUS304 stainless steel structural parts, alongside an expanded independent air-conditioned electrical cabinet for enhanced heat dissipation during continuous high-power operation. The quick-release mold system drastically accelerates cross-product changeovers, while the Korean automatic central lubrication system extends the service life of all high-load rotating components. Powered by 35KW 380V/50Hz mains and 5 kg air pressure, it features a customizable 1050 mm conveying height. Its extended overall length and maximum total weight among all models accommodate fully integrated automatic production lines for large beverage, mineral water and daily chemical manufacturers, delivering unmatched stable high-speed labeling efficiency and low-failure long-term mass standardized packaging performance.
