Internally enlarged helical gear transmission structures deliver greater torque load capacity, and intelligent interlock logic cuts off glue and label output when empty bottles or label shortages are detected to reduce raw material loss.
Major mechanical upgrades feature an extra-thick carbon steel anti-rust load frame and fully reinforced SUS304 stainless steel structural parts, alongside an expanded independent air-conditioned electrical cabinet for enhanced heat dissipation during continuous high-power operation.
